Our client, Pathways Recruitment, has 20 years of experience assisting clients with permanent recruitment solutions.

They currently have exciting positions for support workers, you be supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and some challenging behaviour in a supported living environment.

About you

You need to possess, a positive can -do approach and the ability to rise to challenges with integrity, discipline, calmness and self con?dence in providing those we serve with the ultimate aim of greater independence, self -esteem and happiness.

Some experience in care is preferable

Benefits

Full Hours: 40 hours per week and a minimum of 1 sleep shift.

Hours: Starting from 8 am we can offer flexible hours short shifts or over long days
