Support Worker – Supported Accommodation (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate : £12.72hr

Jordan Xavier Connect Ltd, is a supportive, inclusive organisation helping young people transition to independent living. We're looking for compassionate and resilient Support Workers to be the positive role models these young people need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support young people with day-to-day life skills (budgeting, cooking, appointments)

- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

- Follow safeguarding procedures to protect those in your care

- Work closely with social workers and managers to track progress and update care plans

- Participate in shift work, including waking nights and under take key-work sessions.

What You’ll Need:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- At least 1 year of relevant experience

- Full UK driving licence

- Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)

- Passion for helping young people and staying calm under pressure
