Support Worker / Carer - Brain Injury Related

Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients’ needs* Experienced Male Support Worker’s to work with our teenage male client who has a brain injury and lives in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a great carer opportunity for someone who is passionate about enjoys active. You must have support worker or carer experience to be able to confidently work with the client.

Hours: Saturday & Sundays, 1300 - 2100. We also have other shifts available so please get in touch. We are committed to providing you and the client a long term support engagement.

Responsibilities
Assisting with rehabilitation program
Supporting our client to access the community
Providing encouragement and motivation
Able to drive to ensure the client is able to enjoy activities

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
