If you are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives and enjoy providing tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and personalised support to individuals in their own homes and within the local community. Essential requirements:

  • Experience supporting people who are neurodivergent and/or have learning disabilities.

  • A genuine commitment to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently and use initiative.

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Access to your own vehicle, as travel between clients and supporting community activities is an essential part of the role.

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed contracted hours for the successful candidate.

  • Competitive rates of pay.

  • A rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • A supportive and friendly working environment.

  • The opportunity to build lasting relationships with the people you support.
