SUPPORT WORKER – NEWQUAY 🚨

💷 £15.34 per hour
🕒 22.2 hours per week
📅 Temporary – 2 months
📆 Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm

We’re looking for an experienced Support Worker to support customers who may have challenging behaviour linked to mental ill health and alcohol/substance misuse.

The role includes:
✔️ Supporting customers with their individual needs and support plans
✔️ Risk assessment and risk management
✔️ Building positive relationships and providing day-to-day support
✔️ Accurate record keeping and using computer systems
✔️ Working confidently on your own and as part of a team
✔️ Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Resilient and adaptable
✅ A confident communicator
✅ Friendly, approachable and positive
✅ Comfortable working under pressure
✅ Flexible with working hours
✅ Experienced in support work or working with vulnerable adults

🔎 Basic/Enhanced DBS required, subject to the role.
