Support Worker/ Outreach Worker

• Full time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent
• £25,235 per year
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Participation in an outreach rota.
• Office based in Gloucester, close to the bus and train station.
• When on Outreach for early mornings, standard time to be at the office is 07:30 AM this may sometimes be earlier.
• A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with people who are rough sleeping across Gloucestershire.
• Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.
• Give clients advice and information to provide an enabling service.

• Participate in scheduled outreach sessions, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Carry out additional duties as required, in line with the role’s responsibilities.

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insurance required).
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
