Location: Walton Road, Shrewsbury
Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time and Full-time (Minimum 24 hours)
Driving: Full UK licence required + access to your own car & business insurance

We’re looking for passionate, caring individuals to join our client, as Support Workers in Shrewsbury. You'll support a warm, friendly adult female living independently in her own home. She has autism and learning disabilities—and lives a vibrant, full life with your support.
Her ideal day? Baking cakes, lounging in comfy pyjamas, watching films, and scrolling on her laptop. She also enjoys outings to the seaside, catching up over coffee and cake, and making memories with her family.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting her in daily living: cooking, cleaning, and community outings
• Encouraging her independence and helping her build life skills
• Providing personal care while maintaining her dignity and comfort
• Keeping her connected with family, friends, and the local community
• Helping her manage finances, appointments, and routines

?? What You’ll Need:

• A genuine interest in supporting others to live their best lives
• A full UK driving licence, your own vehicle, and business insurance
• Compassion, patience, and great communication skills
• Willingness to learn – full training is provided
• Ability to work flexibly and collaborate with a supportive team
