Support Worker - Truro

As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering the people to live an active and meaningful life, engaging with their local communities, visiting clubs, going to the beach, days out, or simply supporting with their hobbies and interests while at home or to experience new opportunities. 

The people we support are unique in their abilities, interests, preferences and needs.  There is lots of variety and an opportunity to find a role right for you to make a difference, promote independence, and support people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.       

Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. 

• Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.27 to £12.54 p/h)
• Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
