Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Location: Redbridge & Newham, East London
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team and oversee four services across the Redbridge and Newham areas. This role will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support.

• Managing day-to-day operations across 4 supported living/community-based services

• Leading and supporting teams to maintain compliance and excellent care standards

• Working collaboratively with the Registered Manager to achieve service and organisational goals

• Monitoring care plans, audits, staff performance, and regulatory standards

• Ensuring services remain responsive, efficient, and client-focused

• Previous experience in a similar role within supported living, learning disabilities, or community-based care

• A confident leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred practice

• Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations (Redbridge and Newham)
