We are looking for a Supporter-Led Fundraising Assistant to join our Supporter-Led
Fundraising team.

Title: Supporter-Led Fundraising Assistant

Salary: £25,207 per annum

Contract: Permanent, fulltime

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid with 40% of each month working at our head office in Hampstead, London

Job Summary

You’ll be passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience to our participants. You’ll have a keen interest in virtual fundraising events and have great communication and administrative skills. You’ll work well as part of a team, be proactive and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

The day to day responsibilities for this role are:

• Assist on the launch and development of virtual fundraising challenges. Driving engagement in our Facebook groups and managing the on-page messaging to supporters. 


• Spot participants with high value potential and flag them to the coordinator for a different stewardship pathway 


• Deliver stewardship to those fundraising using Facebook Donate  


• Play a key role in the tracking of results against targets, of all virtual challenge activity


• Managing the fulfilment of our virtual event stewardship with our fulfilment house


• Work alongside the Supporter-Led Fundraising Coordinator to deliver and track journeys for all those fundraising for Anthony Nolan through virtual fundraising


• Be the first point of contact for supporters, responding and/or signposting all fundraising enquiries that come in through calls, emails and social media 


• Thank our supporters and engage with them throughout their challenge.
