• Supporting in assessing patients health and well -being across a complex and changing caseload
  

• Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements
  

• Acting as an SFA across a heavy caseload of general, gynaecology and bariatric surgery
  

• Working as a Scrub Practitioner across various specialities.

Requirements

Requirements of Surgical First Assistant Job in Enfield

• An active NMC or HCPC registration
  
• Valid DBS on Update Service or we apply DBS for the suitable candidate
  
• Proven experience in Major Orthopaedic Scrub, particularly in Lower Limb surgeries (Hips + Knees). 
  
• Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and techniques. Ability to adapt to different shift patterns.
