💼 What You'll Do

Field based daily, based in theatre

Sell a portfolio of orthopaedic power tools and medical technology

Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, EBME and procurement
Provide product demonstrations, technical support and clinical education
Develop existing NHS & Private accounts while identifying new opportunities
Increase portfolio market share across the territory
Support customers throughout evaluations, product trials and implementation
Work closely with internal clinical and commercial teams to deliver excellent customer support
👊 Who You Are

Previous experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics, sports medicine or theatre
OR a clinical background with strong commercial drive and an interest in medical sales
Scrub Nurses, ODPs, Physician Associates and other theatre-based clinicians will be considered

Commercially driven, ambitious and keen to develop within a technical product environment
Comfortable learning and presenting complex clinical and technical products
Full UK driving licence and based within the territory
💰 The Package

£35-50K basic salary, depending on experience
£28K+ uncapped bonus
£550/month car allowance
