Surveying Services Manager

Specialist Claims Preparation Division of our international insurance broker client seeks to appoint MRICS qualified Quantity or Building Surveyor for regional role operating throughout the North West and into the Midlands.

• You will work on a hybrid base both from home and from one of client's regional offices depending on where you currently live.
• You will work alongside a team of Claims Preparation Consultants who in turn handle challenging portfolios of commercial property losses ranging in value from £10,000 to multi-million GBP for a wide range of SME and corporate clients.
• You will oversee with the project management of all repairs in respect of the larger and more complex buildings losses from inception through to completion.

About you:

• Candidates must essentially be MRICS qualified either through the Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying Division and have at least 3-4 years experience of working in either a loss adjusting or claims preparation capacity.
• You should display a strong knowledge of Surveying Services and the part it plays in returning insured parties to their pre-loss position.
• You should be happy to travel extensively to handle claims.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary to £60-70,000 plus car allowance, pension, private medical care and 27 days holiday.
