Job Description - Surveyor

Are you experienced in the fenestration or construction industry? Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Window & Door Surveyor!

About the Role:

As a Window & Door Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. From accurate measurements to resolving queries, your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatories in preparation for manufacturing (involving working at height/ladders).
Visiting customers at their homes to address and resolve any queries.
Assessing sites for Health and Safety and access considerations.
Understanding and working with guttering, trims, soffit, and fascia.
Undertaking training to deepen your knowledge of our product range.
Attending small call-out jobs, such as re-adjusting doors.
Logging customer and site details on our CRM system.
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey from start to finish.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in the fenestration or construction industry.
Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
Confident in dealing with customers and resolving issues effectively.
A multi-tasker, able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Experienced in customer service, with a professional and approachable manner.
