Surveyor

A growing and supportive multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to be part of is supportive and close-knit London based team.

This role offers the opportunity to support and when ready lead on building surveying across residential portfolios, providing technical advice, contract administration, party walls and supporting compliance with current building regulations.

The position also involves supporting a range of medium to higher-risk building projects, advising on regulatory approvals and collaborating with colleagues across design and fire safety disciplines.

The consultancy has a strong commitment to professional development and will actively support your progression, including structured training, mentoring and clear pathways towards MCIOB, MRICS or other relevant qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in building safety, building surveying, architecture or a related discipline, strong knowledge of building safety regulations and the confidence to manage projects while developing client relationships.
