Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £60,000 uncapped commission)

The role of the Surveyor – Roofing will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing services across commercial and residential sectors such as: flat roofing, pithed roofing, lead roofing and roof repairs

* Attending pre booked surveys assessing various roofs and quoting reroofing or remediation works

* Producing formal quotations to clients

* Build and maintain relationships with contractors

* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

* Working on projects up to £50K

The ideal applicant will be Surveyor – Roofing with:

* Must have hands on survey/estimating experience within roofing

* Experienced in any of the following: flat roofing, pithed roofing, metal & zinc roofing, lead roofing, green roofs and roof repairs

* Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong numerical skills

* IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)

* Confident and articulate individual
