Surveyor - Window and Door 

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window and Door Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing contracts, and serving as a key point of contact for our customers. You must have excellent timekeeping and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and thorough surveys of windows and doors at customer properties
- Prepare and complete customer contracts based on survey findings
- Attend scheduled appointments promptly and professionally
- Provide clear and helpful answers to customer queries
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Ensure all survey details are correctly recorded and reported

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar surveying role is preferred
- Strong understanding of windows and doors installation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- A customer-first attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to perform service calls such as replacement double glazed units, broken handles/lock mechanisms etc

Day-to-day:
- Conducting site surveys
- Preparing customer contracts
- Attending scheduled appointments
- Providing customer support and maintaining professionalism
- Recording and reporting survey details accurately

Wage: Between 35-45K depending on experience

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (including bank holidays & 2-week Christmas closure)
