Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Communication
Customer Service and Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
Knowledge of the ECO and retrofit improvement is a plus
