Join the team at our Taka Marylebone in central London as a Sushi Chef. The ideal candidate will be passionate in the art of sushi making andideally has previousexperienceworking withJapanese Cuisine. Permanent, full-time, 48 hours per week contract Tuesday-Saturday. Sushi Chef responsibilities: Preparing high quality sushi with a high level of attention to detail to prepare exquisitely presented sushi. To follow guidance from the senior sushi chefs and attend training as requested. To be conversant with all menus and an awareness of allergens. To ensure the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen. To follow all HACCP, food hygiene and kitchen standards. To have a high level of conduct, grooming, hygiene and personal presentation.
