Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE, including Part L compliance, overheating, and operational energy assessments
• Perform domestic Part L compliance assessments (SAP)
• Carry out Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) assessments
• Prepare detailed technical reports such as energy statements and overheating assessments
• Collaborate with the wider team to support technical reports covering sustainability statements, circular economy, and whole-life carbon assessments
