As the Product Sustainability Coordinator you’ll work on products sold by all major supermarkets, giving you real visibility and impact. As part of a small, high-performing team , your contribution will matter — and you’ll quickly build the confidence to work with senior leadership and global suppliers . In this role, you’ll: · Gain end-to-end exposure to the product lifecycle · Build expertise in compliance, packaging, and sustainability · Develop confidence influencing decisions and challenging where needed The Role You’ll support the development of new products and packaging, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, accurate, and increasingly sustainable . This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you’ll balance multiple priorities — from testing products to reviewing packaging and managing supplier documentation. Key Responsibilities · Research products and identify testing and compliance requirements · Carry out internal testing and maintain accurate, audit-ready records · Work with international (including Far East) suppliers on specifications · Manage documentation with strong attention to detail and version control · Review packaging copy and support artwork approvals · Ensure correct use of recycling and sustainability labelling · Keep up to date with relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations · Support sustainable packaging initiatives and track material data · Maintain product information in internal systems (SAP experience helpful) About You You’re organised, detail-driven, and confident working across multiple stakeholders. You’re comfortable challenging where needed and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
