Sustainability Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, curious Sustainability Coordinator to help deliver sustainability initiatives across an engineering and manufacturing business. Working closely with the Head of Sustainability, you’ll bring together the projects, data and people needed to move those plans forward.

You’ll coordinate across teams including Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance, giving you a broad view of the business and the chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

* Coordinating sustainability projects, tracking actions and bringing different teams together to keep progress moving.

* Collecting and analysing data for sustainability reports, carbon reporting, EcoVadis assessments and customer questionnaires.

* Supporting supplier sustainability assessments, responsible sourcing and the Supplier Code of Conduct.

* Helping with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), audits and environmental compliance.

* Maintaining dashboards and records, and creating communications that help colleagues understand the progress being made.

What you’ll bring:

You’ll be a strong organiser who enjoys working with data, keeping projects on track and communicating with people across a business. Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and good Microsoft 365 skills are essential.

Experience in manufacturing, ESG reporting or sustainability programmes would be useful, as would knowledge of carbon reporting, EcoVadis or EPDs. A relevant qualification is welcome, but you don’t need to tick every box.
