ESG Strategy: Develop and drive the implementation of the UK ESG roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices.

Audit & Compliance: Oversee and manage audits for ISO 14001 and waste licensing, ensuring full regulatory compliance across operations.

Culture & Engagement: Build, train, and manage a network of site-level sustainability champions to embed environmental awareness throughout the company culture.

Project & Supplier Management: Lead innovative sustainability initiatives, evaluate supplier ESG compliance, and drive continuous environmental improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Experience: Demonstrable background in a dedicated Sustainability, ESG, or CSR role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, environmental legislation, waste licensing, and systems like ISO 14001.

Data & Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and financial modeling for sustainability projects.

Soft Skills: Influential communicator, self-motivated, and adept at inspiring multi-site operational teams.

Mobility: Full clean UK driving license with willingness to travel nationally across UK sites as required.
