We’re working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to find an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their award-winning Sustainability Group. This is an entry-level role offering the opportunity to be part of a team at the forefront of sustainable design, construction, and building operation.

With a strong focus on human-centred and environmentally responsible design, this group is recognised for pioneering industry standards in sustainability and for its collaborative, innovative culture. The team regularly engages with key organisations such as CIBSE and UKGBC, and is deeply committed to the progression of sustainable engineering practices.

The Role:
In this varied role, you’ll work alongside project teams on cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary developments across a range of sectors. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project delivery through the development of sustainable and cost-effective design solutions

• Undertaking modelling and analysis (e.g. embodied carbon, circular economy, building performance, operational energy, overheating)

• Assisting in the delivery of environmental assessments (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, HQM) from concept to completion

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Educated to A Level or equivalent (GCSEs in English, Maths, Physics, or Geography preferred at grade 5/6 or above)

• Ambitious, creative, and eager to learn

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

• Comfortable with IT systems (Microsoft Office) and ready to develop digital engineering and modelling skills (e.g. IES, AutoCAD, REVIT)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by long-term career growth

• Passionate about sustainability and its impact on the built environment
