Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable food traders to work an exciting 3-day event series in Swansea!

We are looking for all catering roles: chefs, cooks, KPs, servers.

Be part of an unforgettable weekend featuring:

• Ibiza Orchestra – Friday 30th July

• Sausage and Cider Fest – Saturday 1st August

• Summer in Nashville – Sunday 2nd August

Your Role:
As part of our catering team, your responsibilities include:

‍ Preparing and serving food to company standards.
️ Assisting with food preparation, service, and customer care.
Keeping kitchen and service areas clean, safe, and hygienic.
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
Restocking supplies and supporting stock rotation.
️ Following food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
Working as part of the team to deliver excellent service.
