They are seeking a Marketing Executive fluent in Swedish with excellent English language skills to join their Marketing Team. Role Overview: The Swedish Marketing Executive will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Swedish market. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth in Sweden. Key Responsibilities: * Translate and localise all website content to Swedish, including product descriptions, email marketing assets, video subtitles, and voiceovers/voice recordings. * Address inquiries from new and existing customers. * Collaborate with the European Union order fulfilment partner to resolve shipping issues or delays. * Work with the Marketing team to replicate and implement successful digital marketing campaigns in the Swedish-speaking market and Nordics. * Research and develop influencer marketing, building relationships with influencers in target industries (e.g., landscaping, excavation, garden design, synthetic and natural grass, concrete, construction, playgrounds). * Research and evaluate advertising and collaboration opportunities with industry publications, Facebook groups, online forums, and communities. * Test and develop strategies and tactics to boost sales in new and existing channels. * Evaluate and report on website and market performance, including website traffic, advertising, and sales. * Plan and organise attendance at key industry events in Nordic countries. * Ensure alignment with and promotion of the brand identity. * Monitor key product stock levels. * Observe and report on buyer behaviour, feedback, and questions. * Manage and process customer product returns. Essential Skills/Experience: * Fluent in Swedish with excellent English language skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing. Desirable Skills/Experience: * Proficiency in other Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic). * Experience with Shopify platform. * Experience with Google Analytics. * Experience with Facebook advertising. * Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices.
