THE COMPANY Our client, a leading international investment management company, is looking to recruit a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Client Services Associate to join its London headquarters. THE JOB They now wish to hire either a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Client Services Associate. Working with many of Europe's leading banks, asset managers and financial institutions across Sweden or Norway, you will provide outstanding client support while gaining valuable exposure to investment operations and financial services. This role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in investment management, financial services, banking operations, client services or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with banks, institutional clients and financial organisations
* Support Swedish or Norwegian speaking clients with operational, administrative and service-related enquiries
* Produce client reports, market analysis and business documentation
* Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
* Assist with investment operations and internal business processes
* Develop expertise across multiple business areas through structured training
* Collaborate with colleagues across international teams
* Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures
* Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
* Progress towards becoming a subject matter expert within your specialist area
CANDIDATE PROFILLE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Fluent Swedish or Norwegian
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline is advantageous
* Be an ambitious graduates who are eager to begin a successful career within financial services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* No Previous Experience Required - Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
SALARY & BENEFITS
* £35,000
* Performance bonus of up to £8,000, £8,000 relocation package for candidates moving to London, UK Visa Sponsorship available for eligible applicants, 28 days annual leave, Option to purchase up to 3 additional days' holiday, Up to 11 public holidays, Excellent pension scheme with generous employer contributions,Enhanced maternity benefits, Monthly gym allowance
