You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and project management capabilities, with clear scope to progress into more senior positions. This role would suit a Switchgear Engineer with commissioning experience or a background in data centres, looking to transition into a management position within a thriving engineering business offering specialist training, recognised management qualifications and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
