Job Description - Syndicate Credit Controller

A leading Lloyd's of London Insurer are hiring for a Credit Controller to join their close knit team As part of the Lloyds market and responsible for a number of Syndicates this role will have a broad remit of responsibilities and will provide vital support to the Credit Control Manager.

Responsibilities include;

Work with international colleagues to facilitate the Aged Debt
Run the end-to-end credit control process for the syndicate
Attend regular meetings with Underwriters
Build strong cohesive relationships with stakeholders i.e. Underwriters and Brokers.

Experience needed;

2-5 years experience of relevant Credit Control experience
Lloyds Syndicate experience is highly desirable and Insurance experience is essential
"Can-do" attitude and motivated to get stuck into a busy role
Strong communicator and comfortable challenging stakeholders and ability to influence decision making to ensure positive outcome for the function
Proficient with Excel
Experience of using Xchanging/Velonetic platforms

Salary on offer is up to £50k + bonus, benefits and hybrid working (3 days in the office)
