Our client is seeking an experienced Syndicate Manager who has a forward thinking approach to change and leadership

Key duties;

• Lead a small but highly experienced team
• Manage the Lloyds syndicate reporting in line with the Lloyds timetable
• Manage multiple changes with regards to syndicate reporting requirements
• Challenge the wider finance and underwriting teams
• Oversight of syndicate controls
• Prepare and manage analytical business performance reviews
• Syndicate forecasts

The Person

• Strong syndicate reporting technical knowledge and experience
• Lloyds insurance accounting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Pro-active approach
• Stakeholder management experience
