Company Overview Eflow Global is a leading provider of Regtech cloud solutions to Investment firms. We are looking for a talented System Configuration Analyst to join our team. After a successful funding round and a move to a completely SaaS business we are rapidly expanding our operations globally.
It is not essential to have prior experience in Fintech and there are clear progression opportunities as we grow.
Role Description The System Configuration Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and configuration of our software solutions for clients. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse client requirements, configure system settings, and provide ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities 1) System Configuration: Collaborate with Service Delivery Analysts and clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software system accordingly. Implement and maintain system configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolution. Become familiar with our in-house application PATH.
2) Support: Assist with technical support and guidance to Service Delivery Analysts during the onboarding process. Collaborate with the onboarding team to address escalated issues.
3) Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations for internal and external reference. Contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency and training.
4) Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and configuration processes. Collaborate with peers to share best practices and enhance team knowledge.
Career Progression This role offers a clear career path for growth within the organisation. The progression is as follows:
1) System Configuration Analyst (Current Role): Focus on mastering system configurations and client support. Develop expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
2) Lead System Configuration Analyst: Provide mentorship and support to peers. Assist in training new team members. Serve as an immediate escalation point for complex issues before involving Senior Analysts.
3) Senior System Configuration Analyst: Take a leadership role in managing a team of analysts across different regions. Lead projects and contribute to process improvements. Act as an escalation point for critical issues before involving management.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in system configuration and support roles. Previous experience with SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
