Join a leading global business as a System & Process Lead, playing a key role in the digital transformation of end-to-end processes & rollout of Oracle Fusion. This is a strategic position focused on harmonising global best practices, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely and lead change across multiple international sites.

• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Cloud applications across manufacturing locations.

• Coordinate quarterly SaaS upgrades and ensure effective delivery of all testing cycles, including regression testing.

• Drive completion of project documentation such as Change Impact Assessments and Functional Risk Assessments.

• Collaborate with internal IT, system integration partners, and key stakeholders to manage end-to-end change.

• Coordinate a team of System & Process Analysts, standardising practices and aligning resources.

• Support global process management, user acceptance testing, and documentation activities.

• Use tools such as Kneat, Veeva, Zoho, and Oracle to support process and system workflows.

• Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion

• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, change-driven environments.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and escalate issues effectively.

• Experience in global organisations and regulated industries (e.g., pharma or life sciences).

• Understanding of compliance and validation requirements.
