Title System Support Analyst
Salary: £35k-£41k doe
Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday / Remote
(Attendance in the office 1 x per week)
Job Type:

FTC – 12 months
Location: Northampton Head Office

The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Business and the UK Applications team with system implementation, management, and development. This role is pivotal in ensuring we understand how systems are being used by the business, and how they can be improved going forward. You will need to liaise with various stakeholders to manage and support any system changes, releases, issues, or updates. The work is going to be varied, it gives someone the opportunity to not only contribute to the growth of our business, but also to develop their own skillset.

What You Will Be Doing:
Build up knowledge and become the SME for two key applications (one used by parents and the other used to manage (D365)
Learn, understand, and support the end-to-end system change lifecycle (Bright Horizons and vendor)
Learn about the tools used to develop, manage, and support change (ADO, TFS)
Facilitate workshops with the business if required and ensure findings are documented.
Liaise with business owners, system users, service desk, developers, trainers, and vendor as required.
Collect data, carryout research, analyse information and document findings for business and the team.
Follow through on system issues (verify and investigate) to ensure they are raised correctly and resolved.
Manage and own channels of communication to ensure knowledge is shared effectively and at the right time.
Promote adoption of system changes and their processes
Support UAT activities by helping to develop and refine test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Support implementation by working on plans, rollout schedules etc.
Produce clear and concise documentation to help convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
Provide IT compliance support as and when required (weekly and quarterly user access checks etc)
Establish and maintain good working relationships with different areas of the business and with vendors.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience working a similar role.
Experience working with

Dynamics and Apps .
MS Office including Word and Excel.
Experience of presenting data.

Desired Experience:
Previous experience of working in nursery/education environment would be an advantage.
Previous knowledge of

ADO

or something similar.
