With a group turnover of around £26 million and a passion for innovation, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a diverse and growing organisation. You'll be based in our newly renovated offices in Solihull, working at the heart of exciting transformation projects that will make a real impact.

As our System Accountant, you'll be the driving force behind our financial system upgrade-transitioning us from Sage 50 to a modern, scalable platform. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our reporting, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities by integrating tools like Power BI.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the upgrade and implementation of a new financial system
• Managing data migration, testing, and user training
• Improving financial processes and systems across the group
• Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting
• Designing and delivering automated management reports
• Maintaining data integrity and system controls
