Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC), focusing on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting).
• Configure, automate workflows, and enhance system functionalities to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop technical solutions that streamline operations and ensure compliance.
• Manage system upgrades, testing cycles, and change implementations with minimal disruption.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and superusers.
• Ensure robust integration between D365 BC and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Medius, HR systems).
• Contribute to data architecture and master data management to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Support the planning and reconciliation of financial data across systems.
• Drive system improvements aligned with the Business Systems roadmap and digital transformation goals.
• Assist in business system change cycles and the onboarding of new entities or finance structures.
• Participate in full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to test and deploy system enhancements.

Profile

• Extensive hands-on experience with D365 Business Central, especially in finance module configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and internal controls.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent finance experience.
• Proven track record of converting finance needs into scalable system solutions.
• Ability to work independently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with system upgrades, user support, and process changes.
