Description

• Maintain and enhance financial systems to support business objectives.
• Identify and resolve system-related issues within the accounting & finance department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integration activities.
• Document financial system procedures and ensure they are up to date.
• Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes as needed.

Profile

A successful Systems Accountant should have:

• A strong background in financial systems within an accounting & finance setting.
• Experience working in or alongside the life science industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
