Systems Accountant- remote/ hybrid

A large services business with offices across the UK is recruiting a Systems Accountant to work within its central finance function as part of a Finance Systems team who own and maintain the finance systems across the organisation.

The key deliverables for the Systems Accountant include:-

• Processing and control of month end activities
• Maintenance of master data
• Responding to finance systems requests in a timely manner within agreed SLAs
• Identifying process or system improvement opportunities

The ideal candidate for the Systems Accountant will:-

• Have experience in a similar systems accounting role or have finance experience and looking to step in to a systems accounting role
• Possess a strong aptitude for finance processes and data management
• Have knowledge of large company ERP systems (eg SAP or Oracle) coupled with continuous improvement experience
