Systems Administrator

PSM Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful manufacturing business in Hythe, Kent, for a Systems Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, maintaining management systems and working across multiple departments to ensure compliance, quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

* Maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS)

* Coordinating and supporting internal and external ISO audits

* Managing company documentation and document control

* Producing reports and management information

* Monitoring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards

* Assisting with Health & Safety and Environmental Management activities

* Carrying out risk assessments, COSHH and DSE assessments

* Supporting supplier approval processes and customer audits

* Monitoring legislation and advising management of changes

* Investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective actions

* Developing training documentation and maintaining compliance records

We're looking for someone who has:

* Experience working with Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

* Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

* Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills

* Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities

* Excellent organisational and administrative skill

It would also be advantageous if you have:

* Internal or Supplier Audit experience

* NEBOSH or Health & Safety qualifications

* Knowledge of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

* Experience within manufacturing or engineering

Hours : 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08:00 to 13:00, 39hrs per week
