System/Process Analyst

Join our clients' Dynamic team as a System Analyst at the heart of their digital transformation!
This role is based in their modern, Manchester-Based offices and provides the successful applicant the opportunity to be an internal subject matter expert whilst working on exciting projects!

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and optimise business systems with a strong focus on Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions

• Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in system analysis with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform

• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/ERP preferable but not essential

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work hands-on with both technical and non-technical teams

• Passion for driving efficiency through automation and data visualisation

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, fully on-site office environment in Manchester
