The System and Data Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the effective operation, maintenance, and coordination of the departments workforce management systems and data associated. This role ensures that systems run smoothly, are properly configured, and meet the needs of users across the department. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between technical teams and end-users to troubleshoot issues, implement system updates, and support the integration of new technologies. By managing system workflows and providing timely support, the System Coordinator helps optimise organizational efficiency and supports business continuity. 

Your role as Systems and Data Coordinator

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related problems promptly, escalating complex issues to technical specialists when necessary.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training on system functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience, recommending improvements or automation where possible.
• Support key stakeholders within the department with reporting requirements and building.
• Supporting project development by being a subject matter expert for the department in relation to systems and the development of these.
