As they embark on their next phase of growth, they are seeking a talented Systems Consultant to join their team.
Position Overview:
As a Systems Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for evaluating and advising on ERP systems, with a focus on SAP, while considering alternatives such as NetSuite and Dynamics 365. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's systems infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current ERP system (SAP) to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide expert consultation on ERP performance, recommending strategic enhancements and potential alternatives. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align system capabilities accordingly. Leverage your experience in the Hospitality sector to address specific industry needs, including tills, stock management, and operational workflows. Drive the implementation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives.
Requirements: Proven experience in a Systems Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.). Deep understanding of ERP functionality and performance metrics, coupled with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations. Prior experience in the Hospitality sector, with a solid grasp of industry-specific processes and challenges (e.g., tills, stock management). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
