Must have
* Programming languages (ie perl/python)
* Github, linux, editors, tools
* REST & SQL programming, DB schema design
* Ansible playbooks and object writing
* Terraform and others
* VMWare programmatic control
Nice to have
* AWS, Azure, GCP S3 & DB knowledge
* Can read specs / arch docs, follow arch reference
