A growing technology business is searching for a Systems Engineering Team Lead to join their Bournemouth based team.
Your Role While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
Organising and managing both the strategic and operational duties of the team, monitoring progress and achievements against targets
Handling and ensuring that team appraisals and meetings are conducted to focus on team development and growth
Ensuring that customer requirements are accurately captured and recorded to enable the teams to align new products with these needs
Producing Functional Requirements that reflect the proposed solution and operational needs
Working alongside the Project Manager to obtain customer agreement on the specifications and definitions of projects
Reviewing documentation produced by other internal teams to ensure that all points are clearly and concisely addressed
Providing system guidance to internal stakeholders and departments when needed to support the teams
Supporting the activities for improvement of the processes within the systems team and other departments to ensure best practice is maintained.
You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
Degree educated, or possess an equivalent qualification, within a relevant technical discipline
Excellent knowledge of Systems Engineering practices, processes, methods and tools
Possession of experience with BEST products
Strong IT skills across the board, understanding both hardware and software products, as well as an understanding of Cradle and also Microsoft Office tools
Exposure to the complete Software Development Lifecycle
Exceptional communication abilities in both written and verbal form and also team management skills
