We are working exclusively with a brilliant housing association in Birmingham looking to hire an inquisitive and growth-based Systems Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s curious about how things work, thrives on improving processes, and wants to play a key role in making systems more effective across an organisation.

• Handle a range of system queries across the organisation, from end users to leadership teams

• Support system processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations

• Work holistically across departments to identify opportunities for improvement

• Review existing systems and processes to help implement streamlined solutions

• Collaborate with teams on data integrity, reporting tools, and system enhancements

• Experience in the social housing or wider public sector

• A proactive attitude toward systems and process improvement

• Demonstrated experience improving systems or workflows
