Systems Support Analyst - Dynamics 365 Business Central - Rossendale

I’m supporting an international manufacturing business as they look to grow their IT function. The role will be varied, with the need to provide 1st and 2nd line user support to the internal business. There’ll be a small element (25-30%) of core IT support, mainly new user setup, hardware configuration and small projects (mainly Intune) too. The main part of the opportunity will be providing end user support and management for the core ERP system. The company operates Dynamics 365 Business Central, and so solid experience of said product will be essential. There’s a core CRM (Zoho) in situ too, and so any exposure to Zoho, or other peripheral CRM systems, would be great too. The role is office based from their Rossendale HQ and is paying £30-35,000.
