Location: London
Rate: £461 per day Umbrella

We are recruiting for Systems Technicians to support a major London tram network, carrying out inspection, maintenance, fault-finding and repair across a range of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Planned and preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs.

Work across SCADA, communications, fibre optics, traction power, CCTV, radio, PABX, passenger information systems and LV systems.

Record maintenance and asset information using electronic asset management systems.

Identify asset deterioration and recommend remedial action.

Support engineering teams and supervise external resources where required.

Undertake relevant safety and on-call duties.

Requirements

National Certificate in Engineering or equivalent - essential.

Experience in a systems/electrical engineering environment.

Experience with SCADA and communications systems.

Experience undertaking systems inspections and surveys.

Good record keeping and Microsoft Office skills.

SAP/asset management experience desirable.

HNC/Higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering desirable.

Rail/tramway safety knowledge desirable.

Training will be provided where required.
