Build knowledge of company’s core Wealth Manager systems, to become a trusted advisor and to help proactively resolve issues.
First point of contact for Wealth Managers regarding any system related queries, working with other team members for guidance as required to ensure service levels are met.
Maintain the System Training team group inbox and cover the team phone line, ensuring queries are answered within agreed SLAs and concerns are escalated as appropriate.
Help identify gaps in training content through regular contact with Wealth Managers, consulting with System Training team to make the appropriate enhancements.
You will likely possess:
Financial Services experience in a Training, Client Services, Custodian or Operations (Dealing/Settlements) role.
Working knowledge of portfolio management and/or trading systems
Ability to present to small or large working groups, using a variety of training methods to help increase the retention of information presented.
IOC qualified or making progress towards it or a similar qualification.
