Job Description - Systems Trainer

Principle Duties:

  • Build knowledge of company’s core Wealth Manager systems, to become a trusted advisor and to help proactively resolve issues.
  • First point of contact for Wealth Managers regarding any system related queries, working with other team members for guidance as required to ensure service levels are met.
  • Maintain the System Training team group inbox and cover the team phone line, ensuring queries are answered within agreed SLAs and concerns are escalated as appropriate.
  • Help identify gaps in training content through regular contact with Wealth Managers, consulting with System Training team to make the appropriate enhancements.

You will likely possess:

  • Financial Services experience in a Training, Client Services, Custodian or Operations (Dealing/Settlements) role.
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management and/or trading systems
  • Ability to present to small or large working groups, using a variety of training methods to help increase the retention of information presented.
  • IOC qualified or making progress towards it or a similar qualification.
