Systems Trainer

An Automotive Giant is on the brink of a revolutionary change in the way we manage our materials, from Idea to Product, with the deployment of a new manufacturing systems on site. To support this ambitious endeavour, we are actively seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team.

Given the nature role, they are looking for someone who has created & delivered training both from an e-learning and face-to-face perspective. The position will start by looking at complex IT Business process documents & Process Flow, Maps and with the Technical People in the business, delve into the Training Needs Analysis and to create blended learning which will be delivered via e-learning or classroom-based training programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver top-notch training programs to empower our end-users. With a clear vision of delivering a unified end-to-end process and toolset, we are committed to providing our employees with always-live data and dashboards, enabling them to focus entirely on value creation.

Therefore they are interested in speaking to people who have have managed to deliver TNA and learning from start to finish in various sectors, and delivered training material, with ideally exposure to e-learning technologies, such as RISE or Articulate.
