TA Assistant

We are excited to collaborate with a Secondary School in Newport to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a Full-Time position starting in September.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in education. Following an initial temporary period, there's potential to transition to a permanent school contract. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellence in classroom support.
- Possess a diverse background working with pupils with special needs, including learning difficulties.
- Maintain a solid understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Develop positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Collaborate effectively with external professionals.
- Commit to elevating standards across the school.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness and diligence.
Requirements:
- Enhanced child DBS registered on the Update Service.
- EWC registration.
- Able to provide two recent references.
- Level 2 Safeguarding qualification (provided free of charge by TP).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Overseas Criminal Clearance (if applicable).

- Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency.
