TA / LSA / After School Support

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our vibrant school community in Reigate and Banstead. This role is integral to supporting the school's mission to nurture confident, compassionate, and well-rounded individuals through a warm and inclusive environment rooted in our values of respect, kindness, and excellence.

The successful candidate will provide supervision during breakfast club and after school wrap care, working from 7:00 to 9:00 and/or 15:15 to 18:15, on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support children during breakfast club and after school wrap care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment in line with the school's nurturing ethos.

- Assist with the organisation and smooth running of the before and after school activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

- Support individual children as needed, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel secure and cared for throughout the sessions.

- Promote positive behaviour and good manners, modelling the school’s core values of respect, kindness, and responsibility.

- Collaborate with teaching staff and other school staff to ensure a seamless transition between activities and routines.

- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times, maintaining a vigilant and caring approach.

- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the school's commitment to fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Pay: £110.00-£150.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
